Preparing Your Package

1. Wrap all instruments securely in a bib or bubble wrap.

2. Provide completed copies of your Repair Work Order.

3. Enclose instruments in a padded envelope or box. It is important that all openings be stapled and/or taped securely.

4. Print Business Reply Label and tape on box..
